Do I need to be present for delivery?
For non-Disney resorts we can leave the stroller at the bell stand or front desk. For Disney Resort hotels delivery is made face to face with one of our representatives at an agreed time.
What if I need to extend my rental?
No problem! Just contact us before your scheduled return time and we will extend your rental at $20 per additional day based on availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before your rental date. Within 48 hours a minimum fee of $40 for single or $50 for double applies.
